The Suntech STP500S-H54-Nth+ photovoltaic panel is a high-performance module built with N-Type TOPCon Half-Cell monocrystalline cells and bifacial technology. Its rated power of 500 W and efficiency of 22.5% make it suitable for residential, commercial and industrial photovoltaic installations aiming for high energy output on as small a surface area as possible.
The Black Thru construction, with glass on both sides, offers a modern look and improved durability over time. Thanks to its bifacial structure, the panel can also make use of light reflected onto its rear side. Under BNPI test conditions, with an additional 135 W/m² irradiance on the rear side, the measured power can reach up to 551 W.
Multi Busbar technology improves current collection and light utilisation, contributing to increased power output and module reliability. The panel also performs well in low-light conditions, such as mornings, evenings or overcast days.
